The new company DECL desires to render best consulting services including Engineering services like feasibility study, planning, detailed design, drawing, master plan and all associated activities in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering projects and other sectors.

Our aim with a view to serving the nation by rendering consulting services in the field of Roads & Bridges, Highways, Multistoried Buildings, Town Planning, Water Ways, Environmental Project, Power Sector, Airport development and similar other projects. To provide these services, a good no of professionals from different fields have been associated with this firm. This firm is enriched with senior professional who possess wide experience in the field of High-rise Building, Roads, Highways, Medium & Long Span Bridges, Flyovers, Culverts, Overpass, Underpass, U-loop, Road Interchange/Intersections and similar works. These professionals have well experience in Feasibility Study, Planning, Design & Construction, Supervision of Multistoried Building, Highway & Bridge projects with good reputation.

A board of Directors comprising of one Chairman, one Managing Director, and Four Directors manage the firm as a limited company. The Directors are experienced professionals who maintain liaison with clients monitor for on time & quality works also during the period of the services. Senior key personnel do the project preparation & technical proposal etc. A good number of mid & junior level professionals & supporting technical staffs provide support to senior professionals. The expert professionals assigned for the particular field are engaged for respective project works. There are also supports staff in the office to manage official works. For financial transactions & to keep accounts of the company there is an account wing under competent Account officers. Zaman Construction is the sister concern of the company who have successfully completed construction of a good nos. of high-rise buildings since 1990. It has got fully equipped construction equipment’s & materials. As Mr. Anisuzzaman Bhuiyan Rana, owner of Zaman Construction is a Director of Bashasthan Engineers & Consultants Ltd. So, performance in works, assets, finance and other credentials are incorporated with Bashasthan Engineers & Consultants Ltd, through legal Agreement. During the tenure of the consultancy services, DECL previous name BECL had been associated in construction supervision of a number of tall buildings in Dhaka city.

The firm’s main objective is to provide good quality engineering services in survey, investigation, planning, design, construction supervision & project management. Engineers and other professionals who have good academic records, good previous skill, performance in planning, design, construction supervision & project management. They are available to contribute their best services in projects. Other logistic supports may also be provided where necessary.

We are also associated with a number of reputed National Engineering and Architectural firms through MOU and submitted proposals jointly for some important consultancy services. A remarkable number of Engineers & Professionals are linked with us who will be available to render their services as and when required.
